Lifelong Passion

During my time with DMSfit I have been able to pack 30 pounds of muscle onto my original frame of 145. Such a great accomplishment has given me an immeasurable amount of confidence ... I truly believe the only limits are those that I set for myself. Needless to say, DMSfit has completely altered my mild interest in fitness and changed it into a lifelong passion.

What equipment do you have in the studio?

Legend Fitness Cage with pegs, Hoist V6 Functional Training System, Hoist Pull Up/Sit Up Machine, Recumbent Bike, Treadmill, Concept 2 Rower, Kettlebells, Free Weights, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, Chains, Sled and much, much more.

What do the training sessions consist of?

We believe in customizing the training sessions based on individual needs. The sessions will consist of the typical warm up / cool down times and the rest is based on your needs. We strongly believe in "mixing things up" so no one session will be the same in an effort to keep you interested and motivated. Having some fun in the process is also a plus!

Do you offer free nutritional advice with your training?

While we will answer your questions about nutrition and make some suggestions, we are not licensed nutritionists. We have extensive knowledge on a broad array of "diets" and have personally tried everything from Raw Foods to an Atkins type of diet and we found that the best "diet" is moderation. The key to weight loss success and maintaining it is changing your habits and developing a healthy eating lifestyle and not doing any crash diets.

For those who would like to keep track of their eating habits and workouts, we do offer an online program that will track this for a small monthly fee. This program will help you gain insight into your current eating habits and what changes are necessary to succeed at your fitness goals.
